[RBS] 2 kids playing by a fire on refaim and yarden!

I just drove past 2 kids throwing things into a fire that is totally
unattended. Lots of smoke and no adults is a dangerous combination. Do you
know where YOUR kids are? Did you leave your fire burning or even smoldering
??????
