[RBS] a simple act of consideration to your neighbours

i want to suggest a simple act of consideration, which at most will
take a minute of your time
but will greatly improve your neighbours' quality of life

when you throw out your garbage, or ask your children or cleaner to throw it out
please make sure to always CLOSE THE BIN

and, if you have a broken bin which doesn't close,
do NOT put garbage from food into that bin

if your kids cannot close the bin, don't have them take out the garbage

if you don't have space in your bin that closes, walk a bit down the
street to go to a different bin, that is not overflowing

the neighbour who lives closest to the bins will greatly appreciate
not having cats in the bins, pulling garbage into their front walk.
