[RBS] looking for apt for january/advice on making aliyah in the middle of the year

hi all,

friends of mine are coming on aliyah in january.  they are looking for an apartment/cottage of at least 6 rooms to rent, no more than 6000 nis/month in rbs a or beit shemesh.  mixed neighbourhood preferred. cannot take possession before january.  

also, if anyone has any advice on how to make a middle of the year aliyah easier, please email it to me and i will pass it on.
