[RBS] Who does small appliance repairs?

I know about Elgal in Migdal Hamayim.  There used to be someone in the
parking under Yesh, is he still there?  Any other suggestions for an
oldish cheapish stereo system that I don't want to spend a lot of
money on?

Would even consider letting someone who is not a professional but
knows what they are doing take a look. Just want to know if I can do
something with it or whether I should let my son take it apart and
leave the pieces lying all over...
