[RBS] CHOW in the RBS Mercaz - Recommendation

Yesterday evening, my wife and I and friends visiting from abroad enjoyed a great meal at CHOW. The food was good and the service friendly. As previous posters raved about the fish and chips, I ordered that and found it absolutely delicious. A Chinese menu will be added in September. The restaurant is highly recommended.
