[RBS] Car Available For Less Than Book Value - Needs Repairs

We have a 2001 Renault Megane very spacious 5 seater car with about 
120,000 KM. It is blue, with some of the paint faded. In the last year 
we have gotten some new tires, replaced the cooling system, recharged 
the air conditioning, put in a new starter, put in new break pads and 
more. The battery is less than 2 years old.  It passed the test last 
week, next auto test is August 2012.  A few days ago we found out that 
we will need to replace the gear box/transmission, the car can not be 
driven until that is done. The car is currently at a local auto shop. 
They have most of the service history and can give you more specific 
details if you are interested in buying the car. The cost of replacing 
the transmission is about 7,000 shekels. The book value of the car is 
around 20,000 shekels for this model. If you are interested in getting a
 working car with relatively low mileage for less than book value, make 
us an offer.
