[RBS] Phone+Internet+TV: Bezeq vs HOT vs Yes

Posting for friends who are moving to RBS A this week:

They need a phone line, internet access (line and ISP) and cable TV.  They
don't all have to be with the same company.  In the past, a phone line from
HOT was cheaper but the call quality wasn't good.  Is this still so?  Any
recommendations or things to avoid?
