Stretch Your Charity Dollars, Pounds & Shekels Even Further!

There is still time to make your Tax Deductible Donation to
Lema'an Achai for tax year 2011!

You enable Lema'an Achai and the One Thousand Local Needy People (some two
hundred families) we serve, to benefit by 1540 NIS for every 1000 NIS you
donate - because the taxman chips in the difference.

How It Works: Say, (to keep the numbers 'round') you donate 1550 NIS now to
Lema'an Achai; you submit the Lema'an Achai receipt to the
Income Tax Authorities (with your tax declaration, or via your employer);
You get 550 NIS (35%) back from the Income Tax Authorities; net cost to you
1000 NIS. While Lema'an Achai retains the full 1550 NIS to help the needy.

Furthermore, for donations received before 1/1/12, you can obtain your
income tax refund still in 2012 (rather than 2013, for donations received
after 1/1/12). This helps your cash flow - so you can help our community
further.

Lema'an Achai has tax deductible status in Israel (Seif 46); the USA
("American Friends of Lema'an Achai" is incorporated under 501(c)(3)
charity status), and in the UK ("UK Friends of Lema'an Achai"), and
 through our partner charity in Canada.
