[RBS] Hearing Aid Batteries: Does this Make Sense?

A woman has complained to me that her hearing aid battery wears out every week and it costs 10 NIS for a new one. The company said there's nothing to do. Does it make sense to pay 40 NIS a month and 480 NIS a year on batteries?
Please advise!
