[RBS] tzedakah appeal

A friend of ours, an RBS resident, is in a difficult financial situation and
must pay a 3500 shekel debt by the end of the month or very face very
serious ramifications. This is a family that is strapped in all sorts of
ways and is getting tzedakah help from other places but this 3500 shekel
debt is very, very pressing.
