If a woman gives birth in the middle of a month, which tlushei
maskoret does Bituach Leumi use in order to calculate her maternity
pay? Is it the preceeding 2 months plus a calculated mean of the
current month that she stopped work in the middle of, or is it rather
the preceeding 3 months with no regard to the current month? Would
appreciate the most updated information please, it seems the laws may
have changed over the last few years.
