[RBS] ticket in shopping center

[The Eisenbergs]

Last week we got a ticket for parking opposite Shefa Shuk where there is 
a boys school. There is a yellow & red marking there, however, we are in 
RBS many years & there has not been a bus stop there for a long time. 
Did anyone else get such a ticket & were able to fight it? Is there a 
chance at all? If a  bus stop is obsolete & the markings are still there 
is that valid for a ticket? If anyone has any help with this matter let 
me know.
