[RBS] ministers at matnas

I was just told that the event from the ulpan at the Matnas that was 
scheduled a few weeks ago and then canceled, is happening right now at 
the Matnas on Dolev in RBS, and people are welcome.
You are invited to go right now (it is 11:20 right now) to the matnas 
and join the event, and are welcome to ask questions of the minsters as 
well (I think questions have to be submitted in writing)
