[RBS] Lachish Mikva keilim

My Rav sent our shul email list a message, saying that that Mikva was no
longer under the supervision of the Religious council of Beit Shemesh, and
he directed us to use instead the one behind the vegetable store on Dolev.
I don't know who is responsible for the one there, but if it is not in use,
then access to it should be blocked, and I fear that if it is not taken care
of, it is not correct to use it at all.
