[RBS] Planning notice for Road 38 upgrade

Travellers on Road 38 may have noticed signs posted along the road 
recently. These are planning notices.


For anyone who is interested, I have uploaded a photo of the section of 
the notice which seemed to me (when I took it) to be the most pertinent 
- the remainder of the notice was a list of the affected plots.
