[RBS] Superbus 412 to Tel-Aviv - beware

Hi,
My daughter waited on Dolev for the 11:10 am last week, and it didn't show
up. I called Superbus and complained and they said that the bus broke down
and they had to send another one. They also didn't seem to care too much and
"brushed me off"  - it finally arrived at 11:55 am. Needless to say it was
very stressful and she missed her class.
Superbus gives terrible service. I wonder if people start suing them the way
Egged gets sued (for not showing up, for passing bus stops and not picking
up people, etc.) if they'll get their act together.

Just a warning that my daughter waited over an hour last Wednesday and again
this morning for the 412 bus to Tel Aviv.  Neither the 8.15 nor the 8.55 am
buses arrived at Mapilei Egoz today; in the end a bus got there at 9.30.  On
Wednesday the 11.10 failed to show.   Phone calls to Superbus were no help.
On Wednesday they said for the first half an hour that the bus was on its
way; then they said that it had had a puncture.  Today they told the callers
that the buses had driven past and those waiting must have failed to see
them.  Finally they said that the 9.00 bus had already left the city for Tel
Aviv - a few seconds later, at 9.30,  it appeared at Mapilei Egoz!  On each
occasion, my daughter was one of several people waiting for the bus so
clearly she was not waiting in the wrong place.  Both times, she missed
important and expensive classes.  This is ridiculous - either the bus is
running or it is not.  Anyone have any idea how to get through to Superbus
but that this is simply not acceptable?
