[RBS] Private room needed to rent ASAP by single man

 I am seeking a a room with a bed or cot  to rent for myself starting
immediately. I prefer to have some kitchen privileges and use of
washer and dryer. I am usually only home at night to sleep as I work
long hours.  I am very quiet,tidy,and do not smoke. I prefer to stay
in alef.  Please contact me only if you have a room available to rent.
