[RBS] Alternatives to Netvision?

To everyone who helped me with recommendations re: HOT internet - thanks!  I
switched to HOT today.

 

Netvision is not honoring the price they quoted me and I've already received
quotes 25 NIS per month lower than them.  

 

Anyone have experience with Bezeqint, 012, 018 xfone, or Triple C for high
speed internet (especially for VOIP applications)?
