Our latest "Ask The Expert" e-newsletter is now online.

School psychologist Dr. Shimon Solnica, gives a concerned dad practical ways
to help his teenage who is going for counseling.

" It is very common for adolescents and adults to feel the stigma of therapy
because there is some acknowledgment of having a problem...Therapy is not
magical and requires an understanding of the client, and very often his/ her
family, in order for the therapist to help you achieve success. By using
your concern to guide your son, he will understand the love you have for him
and succeed in reaching his goals."
