Pre-Pesach BOOTCAMP...Are you up for the challenge?

 

Boot Camp is a fun and exciting program that is designed to help you get
fit, burn fat, get toned and motivate you to stay this way.

 

Each session combines strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training
giving you a full body workout.  

 

* weekly weigh in and measurements to track progress 

* sign up for twice a week for even better results

* max 6 participants per class

* 6 week session

 

This group is for women who are ready to work hard!

 

BOOT CAMP is just like small group personal training, at a much lower cost.

TEEN PERSONAL TRAINING - 60 minute class.

 

A fun, jam-packed full-body work out.

 

Encourage a positive exercise experience using all gym equipment with
age-appropriate exercises. Cardio, Toning, and stretching.

 

Small groups and personal attention will enable your daughter to learn
proper use of gym equipment. Helps build a positive self-body-image.

*6 week session

 

Tiffany, mother of 4, has recently joined Jo's Club fitness staff. She
started out in gyms working off her "after baby fat," then got turned off to
fitness in her Canada gym and got her certification there.
