[RBS] Seeking info on tzedaka lady /collector please

There is a woman who comes around with large plastic rimmed glasses, very
bad  teeth and a sling or brace of sorts on her arm . She  gives out loads
of brachos when you give her money.   If you have any information on her as
to her validity  I'd appreciate hearing from you please letoeles  ASAP.
