[RBS] information about importing a 9 seater?

hi
we want to import(not with olim rights) a 9 seater, hyundai automatic, that you can not get here in israel.
now we hear that you cant import vans, yet i see this van driving around RBS-i saw at least 2 from current model and maybe even more.

so if anyone can help us with tips how to bring it in, that would be great.
