For those of us who live and work in RBS/BS many of you are likely searching
for proper formal office space....designed for a proper reception area,
secretary station, conference rooms, kitchen etc.....now such an opportunity
to collectively come together to take space within a to-be-built office
suite....housing some 14 offices, conference rooms reception area and
secretarial stations....is soon to become a reality. The shell is already
built and within 60 days of forming a fully committed group, you can likely
move into your new office.

Share a private office space with 1 other person in your room and your
monthly rental costs will be @ 1500 nis per month, plus VAT.....per
person.....kabalat mas will be provided by the landlord .

Space is limited and for attorneys interested in taking a portion of the
space exclusively for attorneys (as required under the ethics rules)
separate accommodation may be made to divide the overall space into 2
separate office suites.

Attorneys, accountants, architects, mortgage brokers and any other licensed
professionals are all welcome.  Offices shall have close access as well to
varied food court options with mehadrin hechsherim.......
