[RBS] Meida Berama has Sheimos in it!Why do religious publications do this?

Why on earth would any truly religious organization/publication print 
/anything /that generally eventually gets thrown out print anything with 
Shames? Is there any movement out there doing something to stop this? I 
don't get it.
