[RBS] CORRECTION: Local Kashrut Problem

To cut a very long investigation story short ... the product (TATOO Hard
Candies) is Kasher Lamehadrin R' Westheim (Manchester).

It is old stock produced in 2007 when the factory was still under hashgacha
and the importer got special permission from Misrad Habriut (Health
Ministry) to repackage it with a later sell by date (2012 instead of 2009) -
apparently some hard candies have a very long shelf life.

Based on the 2012 sell by date and not knowing about the special repackaging
and date change, the Rabbanut told me that it wasn't under supervision.
(Someone is phoning the Rabbanut to inform them.)
