[RBS] Tel Aviv- Azrielli Commuting question: Train? Bus?

My son needs to be at Azrielli Center in Tel Aviv about 8:30-8:45 am on Su,
Mo and Thurs mornings.

TRAIN:  What time does he need to be at the train station in BS to catch the
shuttle to get to Tel Aviv at that time?
Is anyone successfully commuting using the shuttle and the train from Lod?
Is it reliable?

BUS:  Is there a bus from RBS to Azrielli Center?

CARPOOL: Are there any carpools out there that would let one person in for
the next two weeks until the train starts running from BS again.

OTHER: Any suggestions for how he can get there for the next two weeks?
