[RBS] Siach Berama: Matos and Masei

Dear All,

The Siach Berama's next sponsored weeks are Matos & Masei.
However, I have put it online already, with Candle Lighting times for
Chukas all the way through Re'ei.

You can still use the Matos issue now and just apply the delta of
minutes for all Shekiya based Davening times.
So for example, Chukas' Candle Lighting is 6 minutes later than Matos,
so if a shul has Mincha at 19:23 during the week of Matos, then this
week's Mincha will be 6 minutes later - at 19:29.
