[RBS] Any potential chayal going to kiryat chinuch J-m tomorrow?

My son got a phone call last week about some kenes that is supposed to take 
place in "Kiryat Chinuch" tomorrow in J-m, for those interested in learning 
Engineering as well as limudei kodesh for a year and a half, before going on 
to do some sort of army service in that field. We were supposed to get a 
letter about it but have yet to see one. I'd love to know if someone else 
got this letter/phone call, because the guy was sparse on details, including 
the address nad time it was supposed to take place! When I Googled "Kiryat 
Chinuch" -- which I thought would be Boystown -- I didnt get any hits in J-m 
except in Pisgat Zeev. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
