[RBS] on the subject of rat-trash, dear neighbours

dear neighbours on nahal shimshon
we love you very much
we are happy that you enjoy our company so much that you prefer to put your
garbage in the bins in our parking area than any others
but please, please, please
only put trash into a green bin if you can then close the lid

otherwise, our dear mutual neighbours, the ones whose front door faces that
garbage area,
open their door to the lovely smell of garbage that the cats have pulled out
of the bin during the night.

if the lid is broken, don't use that bin (but you CAN help us nag the city /
 pay to replace it)
if the bin i s full, don't add  to it - it is not that far to the
next garbage area....
if your child cannot reach to put trash INTO the bin AND close the lid, he
isn't big enough to take out the trash
if the trash collectors have moved the bins, and the lids are folded down -
please, wheel the bins around and put the lids back on top.  it's not that
hard, even I-the-spaz have managed to do it

and please, give your cleaner these instructions too
