[RBS] Needed: a Russian speaker in RBS

We desperately need a Russian speaker to make a phone call for us, 
during the day, to the Russian Embassy/Consulate in Tel Aviv (it seems 
that NO ONE speaks English or Hebrew there, nor do they answer emails or 
faxes). We have all the info on email we need to communicate to the 
Consulate but we need some questions answered by a human - nothing 
personal is involved. Please, as soon as possible - thanks.
