[RBS] No need to get gas masks if you have them from 2007

But will they let you exchange them at the distribution point if you
want to?  not sure what about the masks makes them subject to expiry

Also note that at age 4 a baby kit needs to be swapped for a child
kit, age 10 a noar kit, not sure at what age they graduate to an adult
kit
