[RBS] Seeking contact info for Klallit Mushlam

Shalom
The number *2700 never puts me through to a person to speak to, and I want 
to find out how to apply to be a speech therapy supplier/freelancer  for 
Mushlam. Does anyone have any information such as email addresses, PERSONAL 
phone numbers, or office location? At Klallit they just give me the *2700 
number. I have also sent several emails via the website but received no 
response.
