[RBS] Dr. David Luchins in Ramat Shilo this Shabbat

Dr. David Luchins will be speaking this Shabbat afternoon, on the
topic "Shifting Sands-The Arab Spring and the Limits of American
Power."  5:15 pm at the home of Loren and Sora Deetza Spigelman, Ein
Gedi 43/4.

Dr. Luchins is the Chair of the Political Science Department of Touro
College, Senior Vice President of the OU, and was the long-time senior
advisor to the late US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York.
