[RBS] Important changes to Health Insurance - 2 weeks to go

In light of changes that have recently been announced by the controller
of insurance in Israel that are going into effect as of midnight on July
31st 2011, insurance companies will no longer be able to sell fixed
premium policies for children.   Now is the time to sign up your
children for locked in premiums - WHOLE OF LIFE.       On some plans,
(for adults aged 18 to 65), there is a 15% discount on premiums for 5
years, reducing thereafter to 10% discount for the duration of the
lifespan of the policy.   Attached is a link from a short Hebrew
documentary that appeared on Channel 10, highlighting the shortfalls of
the (albeit very good) kupat cholim service in Israel and the sometimes
life saving need for private health plans:

the end of this month the cheapest fixed rate long-term nursing care
(Siudi) plan will be increasing in price, following other insurance
providers over the past year or so who raised their prices by up to 30%.
