apartment available from September 1 to September 25th (dates may be
slightly flexible at either end).  Two a/c units - one in the living/dining/
kitchen area and one in the main bedroom, two ceiling fans are in the main
area; there are two full bathrooms.  This apartment is most suitable for
visiting grandparents or a young couple.  Adults only please.  
	
Appliances, furniture and various sundries include fridge, stove, microwave,
washer, cable TV/DVD, internet, American beds, keyless front door, Shabbat
timer, daily newspaper delivery.  

Situated near shuls, makolet/s, public transport, the apartment is on the
second floor and has a Shabbat elevator.  There is a gorgeous view from the
mirpesset and it is bright, airy and quiet.  Rates reduced for right
person/s.  May be rented either weekly or for the month.
