[RBS] recommendation for Gan Barkai

Hi:

This is an unsolicited recommendation for Gan Barkai. I have sent two
children to Barkai, and am incredibly happy with how the boys were
treated by their gannanot. For Anglo families who want their children
exposed to Hebrew at a young age, Gan Barkai is a good choice. The gan
is a religious gan, catering to those who define themselves as "dati",
rather than "charedi" or "dati leumi".
