[RBS] changing lock on mail box?

hi all,

has anyone recently had to change the lock on their mailbox?  do i have to go to 
the central doar in beit shemesh or can i do it from the rbs sniff? how long 
does it take? how much does it cost? can they have someone come and open it in 
the meantime so i can get my mail out, or will it all end up being sent back to 
the doar when the box gets too full?
