[RBS] Update re Rav Spektor

For the many who asked: Rav Spektor's fever was apparently due to pneumonia
and he remains hospitalized at Shaare Tzedek.
I believe that pneumonia is a known, albeit dangerous, risk to chemo
patients. Please keep praying!
