[RBS] Laptop fix : Seeking pro or recommendation

Our Dell Inspiron is acting up and we want to save files off the hard drive
before it's too late.
The computer is running Vista, it has AVG antivirus, and it starts up, but
gets frozen when we try to open copy and paste files onto external hard
drive.

Pls advise if you know someone who can save these files and/or refresh (hard
reset) the computer.
