[RBS] Seeking website for handmade glass platters recommended to list a while ago?

Someone once recommended a site to the list for handmade glass platters that were quite beautiful. I also remember that the artist was someone with disabilities who pulled herself out of the abyss.
So, if you remember the site, please forward it to me.
