[RBS] RBS Gelt Center - Meet The Staff

Dear Friends -

In an effort to further familiarize the members of the community with the
RBS Gelt Center staff, we are running a 3-part series featuring a short
biography of one member of the RBS Gelt Center staff each week.  We feel it
is vital for customers to know whom they are dealing with and whom they are
entrusting the management of their monies to. In order to be your personal
banker, we would like to share with you some of our background, experience,
and goals.

Today, meet Yaakov Lazar, General Manager of the RBS Gelt Center.
Yaakov Lazar was born and bread in New York.  A true New Yawker through and
through. A caterer by birth, he learned customer service at an early age.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, and five years in the
currency exchange business, Yaakov has made a point of learning and
understanding the needs of his clientele. He made aliyah in the summer of
2005 with  his wife and four children. His fifth child is a Sabra.

Yaakov prides himself in helping his clientele make informed decisions so to
make their decisions as comfortable as possible. He is trustworthy and
honest in all his dealings. Although he is a Mets fan, (we do not hold this
aginst him), he does not take it prsonally if you are a Yankee fan or Dodger
fan, (nor did he ever meet Bernard Madolf). Willing to admit he is a Jets
fan, he is a little timid to admit he likes the Knicks and Islanders.

The RBS Gelt Center is conveniently located in the RBS Shopping Center,
around the corner from Big Deal,
across the parking lot from the Dona building which houses the Jo's Club,
Merkaz Rakefet, Kupot Cholim Macabee and Klalit,
we are co-located with Ambassador Tours Travel Agency 02 992 5020 in the
RBSA Shopping Center.

The store hours are 8:30am to 7pm Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 to 12:30 on
Fridays and Erev Chag
