[RBS] TV channel repair

Somehow I've lost the AV1 channel on my TV so we can't watch videos (yes I still have those) or DVDs.
Does anyone know how to rectify this and/or who I can call to adjust it for me?
HOT won't come out since it's not a cable problem.
