Behind The Scene with Investigative Reporter David Bedein in Washington
A presentation in English

Investigative journalist David Bedein, head of the Jerusalem Israel Resource 
News Agency and theCenter for Near East Policy Research, will provide an
insider's report on two recent two journeys to Washington, where David provided 
briefings for staffers in the White House and in the US Congres on the need to 
reform UNRWA and on the danger of US militarysupport for the Palestinian 
"security" forces.

David's Sunday presentation will include recent evidence that he shared in DC 
concerning the involved of US trained Palestinian armed forces in the murders of 
the Fogel Family on March 13 in Itamar and Ben Yosef Livnat on April 24 at Kever 
Yosef.

David will report on how UNRWA camps prepare the descendants of Palestinian 
refugees to reclaim "their" property in Beit Shemesh.

David will also screen his not yet released new movie prepared by The Center for 
Near East Policy Research, entitled: PALESTINIAN REFUGEE POLICY: FROM DESPAIR TO 
HOPE, which contrasts UNRWA policy which perpetuates Palestinian refugees in 
their squalor with UNHCR policies which resettle Palestinian refugees in South 
America.Films of the UNHCR facility in Chile taken by Noam Bedein are featured 
in this movie, which will have its first public screening at the National Press 
Club in Washington on June 22nd
