[RBS] Hachanassat Sefer Torah & traffic jams this evening on Refaim

Dear All,

B"H, tonight, at about 6:45 there will be a Hachnassat Sefer Torah and
Chanukat Habayit for Yeshivas Nachalas Yisrael Yitzchak on Maor.

The current route will be leaving Beis Tefilla on Refaim towards
Ayalon, up to Dolev and then down Maor.

Everyone is invited!

At the same time, Ko Tomar on the bottom of Luz and the Nogah school
on Refaim will be having their 12th grade graduation events.

It is recommended to not drive on Refaim and the surrounding streets
between 6:30 - 7:30.
