[RBS] are Bimba cars/toys allowed on Shabbos

Can someone please tell me if children are allowed to play with the Bimba
cars on Shabbos? I thought they were mukzah,but I see a lot of kids (well
over the age of 3) using them. TIA. Shellie - an RBSA resident
