[RBS] RBS matnas library - summer hours

Starting next tuesday, 5th tammuz, the library will be open according to the
matnas summer schedule , as follows

sundays 4pm - 7pm
tuesdays 10am - 1pm,  and 4-7pm
thursday 4-7pm
