[RBS] Needed Information on Bus 412 to Tel Aviv

I have an appointment in Tel Aviv on Tuesday at 10am

Is the 412 bus at 8.15am a better option than the 8.23 am train?
Does it come on time, or is it often late?
What time does it get to Tel Aviv?
Where in the Tachanat Merkazit does one get the bus back to RBS? What floor
is it on and where does one find the bus stop?
