Always responsive. Makes house calls. Won't give up until the problem is fixed. 

Has sold me two excellent printers. The only reason I bought the second is that I wanted a better machine, the first one was still working fine.

I just got off my FOURTH phone call with Dov.  I had a problem with my
printer and he talked me through all of the possibilities of trying to
fix it on my own rather than having to pay for him to do what he said I
could just as simply do myself - and save the money.  Well, he finally
agreed that it was time to purchase a new printer - boo!  My current
printer was a recommendation he'd made, based on my printing needs, to
purchase from Office Depot, as opposed to one of the printers he sells.
So, after asking me a lot of questions again about my printing needs, he
recommended another brand to get from Office Depot.  I checked it out
first with PC Integrity, my computer people, and they nixed the
suggestion.  So once again, I phoned Dov and asked him for his advice.
That's four phone calls, all together over half an hour of his time, of
free-of-charge care.  Not bad for a businessman!  I can't recommend him
enough for your printing, printer, and ink needs.  He's listed in the
Shemeshphone and Shemeshphone on-line.  Tell him I recommended him!
