[RBS] chesed for an expectant mother on bed-rest?

Are there chesed organizations in the community that organize help for
expectant mothers on bed-rest?  A mother on bed-rest, with several young
children already in the family, needs help in the mornings with laundry and
meal preparation, and in the late afternoon/early evening with dinner and
baths.  (The father cannot be at home much, without impacting the family's
only income.)

Any leads or suggestions would be much appreciated.
