[RBS] Converting an American High School Diploma

[Lichtenstein]

Has anyone had any experience in converting an American High School Diploma
into an Israeli Bagrut through misrad Hachinuch?  Ou son is finishing his
Penn Foster Program and was told by the university that he should take his
teudah to Misrad Hachinuch and get it translated/Converted.  Any and all
suggestions and advice are welcome.  TIA
